. Leisure rates apply to:
a) Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights except where the proceeding Friday and/or following Monday is a public holiday in South Africa.
b) From 12/12/09 to 12/01/10 except for the Christmas/New Year peak period.
2. Peak Leisure rates apply over all long weekends where the Friday and/or Monday is a public Holiday and from 22/12/09 to 03/01/10. Over the New Year Period (30/12/09 to 02/01/10) a minimum stay of 2 consecutive nights will apply plus a compulsory New Years Function supplement.
3. Corporate rates apply to Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday nights, except when the accommodation is over the December/January leisure period.
4. Child Rates only apply when sharing with parents one of the five family sea view rooms at the hotel which have a double bed and sleeper couch. Infants under 2 are free and children 2-11 years pay R100.00 per child (max of 2 children).
Children 2-11 years in separate rooms pay 75% of the adult single or sharing rate over a leisure period, but the full adult rate if over a corporate period.
5. Special rates apply to group bookings of 10 rooms or more.
6. For every 20 leisure rooms booked by the Agency in a month, one double sea view low season leisure room will be offered complimentary the following month.
All rates are quoted in South African Rand and are per room per night
