Rates include:
Hotel Room Rates include accommodation, breakfast, return hotel transfer from Pemba Airport and non-motorised watersports.
Villa rates are charged per villa and include accommodation only. Maximum of 4 adults & 2 children per Villa.
Rates exclude:
Domestic and International Airport taxes

Half & Full Board Rates:
Dinner, Bed & Breakfast Rate can be provided by adding USD25 per person per night to relevant double & single rates above for all room types, excluding villas.
Full Board Rate can be provided by adding USD40 per person per night to relevant double & single rates above for all room types, excluding villas.
Child Policy:
Only one Child under the age of 12 yrs sharing with two adults allowed per room. 50% of the adult rate is applicable. Children aged 3 yrs and under stay free when sharing with adults. Children aged 3 yrs or younger eat free. Children 4 - 18 yrs in own room pay 75% of adult per person sharing rate. Single children in own room, pay 75% of adult single rate
Children between 4 to 12 yrs pay 50% of adult meal rate. Children aged 13 yrs and older pay full adult meal rate
Day Room Rates:
Day rooms are available on request & will be charged at a cost of USD80 per Wimbe Room & USD100 per Courtyard Room for the first four hours. Thereafter, a charge of USD15 for a Classic Room & USD20 for a Courtyard Room per additional
hour will be levied. When available, day rooms may be occupied from 07h00 to 17h00.
The day room rate excludes all meals, taxes, transfers and levies. Suites & Villas are not available as day rooms.
