1. No reservation will be made unless written confirmation is received. Confirmed reservations will be considered provisional for 7 days. During this period a pre-established deposit applicable per unit, needs to be made to guarantee the booking.
2. After the 7 days provisional hold and in case the deposit policy is not adhered to, the reservation will be cancelled without prior notice. All reservations will be considered as a provisional status until a deposit is received.
3. Proof of payment for all bookings must be e-mailed or faxed to the Pestana booking office, clearly showing the property, reservation number, guest name and agency name. Refer to the payment policy below for deposit values per unit.
4. Pestana Hotels & Resorts reserves the right to cancel ANY reservations without notice should the pre-payment or deposit policy not be adhered to.
5. After check-in, no refunds will be given to early departures.
6. At the discretion of Pestana and when possible bookings will be held without a guarantee for more than 7 days but no more than 30 days from date of booking request, regardless of the arrival date. Subject to availability.
7. Cancellation/No show policy applies to all bookings. Only cancellations in writing will be considered valid. Reservations not cancelled as above will be charged as per the cancellation policy.

 PESTANA IINHACA LODGE
Inhaca Island is a small-inhabited island, lying just 40 km (15 minutes by plane) off the Mozambican capital of Maputo and positioned at the entrance to Delagoa Bay. The Island is a great destination for anyone who wants to enjoy the relaxed rhythms of a small, semitropical, Indian Ocean island. On the fringe of the tropics, it is rich in breathtaking beaches, coral reefs and exotic marine life, offering amazing scuba diving sites and big-game fishing.The island is a secure and quiet location that is a port of call for yachts, sailing boats and cruise ships seeking out a tropical option in the velvet waters of the Indian Ocean. It has been protected as a Natural Reserve since 1976 and still boasts huge areas of untouched vegetation.
Situated on the beach front, amongst coconut palm groves and luxuriant tropical vegetation, Pestana Inhaca Lodge is famous for its wonderful gardens, its warm hospitality and fabulous sea food.
Inhaca Island is easily accessible by boat or ferry from the capital of Mozambique, Maputo.
Pestana Bazaruto Lodge has 40 A-frame thatched bungalows, charmingly decorated ethnic island style and set amongst tropical gardens, with breathtaking views of the ocean or gardens.
RESTRUANTS AND BAR
FLAMINGO Restaurant:
This is the only restaurant at the Lodge and dinner is announced every night by the sound of African drums. It is situated in the main building and has a capacity for approximately 80 persons.
Mozambican and International food is served both À La Carte and as a Buffet. Our specialities are fish, seafood dishes and grills.
It is open daily for breakfast from 7h00 to 10h30, for lunch from 13h00 to 15h00 and for dinner 19h30 to 22h00.
Kiddies menu available and meals can be arranged before normal times
SUNSET Bar:
Open daily from 07:00 to 01:00, offering coffee, tea, international drinks, tropical cocktails and light meals.
Please note that at Pestana Bazaruto Lodge full board is compulsory all year round.
