If a holder ever needs to sell or transfer residential tourism or real timeshare rights, there are several options:
a) The sale of rights can be handled independently between the holder and the purchaser.
b) A licensed timeshare broker can manage negotiations and draw up paperwork necessary to the sales transaction.
c) A specialized timeshare company can handle those portions of the transaction with which the holder is unfamiliar.
